While on holiday, I got a flat tire and immediately called Point S. Béatrice answered the phone with a warm, friendly attitude and told me to come straight in. I waited no more than 15 minutes before Momo, the mechanic, came to assist me. He inspected the tire with me, showed me exactly where the nail was, removed it, and repaired the puncture on the spot. From the moment I arrived until I drove away, I was there for no more than 45 minutes. For just €30, Béatrice and Momo genuinely saved my holiday. On top of the repair, Momo took the time to give me some helpful advice and even checked and adjusted the pressure in all four of my tires. The service was fast, professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare to find people who care this much about their customers. I highly recommend Point S to anyone in need of honest, high-quality service. Thank you again, Béatrice and Momo!

Je suis arrivé en urgence pour un pneu crevé à cause d’un clou, et j’ai été prise en charge immédiatement. La dame à l’accueil était très gentille, professionnelle et rassurante. L’intervention a été rapide, efficace. Toute l’équipe est vraiment agréable. Le tout pour un prix plus que compétitif, surtout comparé à un autre garage où j’étais passé juste avant, qui essayait de me faire changer tous les pneus par forcing. Je recommande vivement !
