Point S saved us!!!! In a tight squeeze on a high mountain road, we bumped a curb and took chunk out of our tire. We heroically made it over the grand pass of the Parc national du Mercantour and into Point S. They were so kind and helpful. Without much English (but a great google translate) and only 20 minutes until closing, they replaced our damaged back tires and even came into the market next door to get us when the car was finished. The price was great by American standards. We are so grateful for their welcoming kindness and ability to get us back on the road so we could watch the Alpe d'Huez Tour de France hilltop finish like proper tourists. I'd come back here again and again if I lived there. Merci!

Belle tente, excellent service. Heureusement, quelqu'un parlait anglais. Cependant, j'ai fait un œdème pulmonaire aigu à mon arrivée. Mais même pour ça, ils avaient une solution. Il y a plein de toilettes, donc pas besoin de se retenir longtemps. La batterie a été changée à un prix raisonnable, d'ailleurs. La tente d'à côté vend aussi de délicieuses cerises.
